Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Please note that as our apparel is custom-tailored and made specifically for your order, we are unable to offer exchanges or replacements.

Damaged Items Policy

If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following strict conditions:

  1. Proof of Damage with Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited, continuous video recording of the unboxing process, starting from the sealed package and clearly showing any damage to the item as it's unboxed. This video is mandatory evidence. Without it, we cannot process a refund for damaged goods.
  2. Notification Period: You must notify us of the damage within 10 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to akarnaboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the mandatory unboxing video attached.
  3. Assessment: Upon receipt of your video, we will review the evidence to confirm the damage. If the damage is verified and meets our criteria, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that we reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these requirements.
